The organizers of the maiden edition of the BOSKA Champions league Lagos Divisional Football association fixtures for the championship which kick-off at the Onikan Stadium on Sun 24th - 29th July, 2007


A total of 128 grass root teams are registered to participate in the championship being sponsored by Dexa Medical Manufacturer of BOSKA drug has a prize money of N300,00, N200,000 and N100,00 to be won


According to the draws held Thursday at Onikan Stadium, Sharp Shooters FC will lock horns against JOFAC in the first match fixed for 1pm on Sunday while Greenland takes on Twins in the 2nd match of the opening ceremony day at 5pm. Other matches as contianed In fixtures are; FC Shaakar Vs Ultimate, Orlando Vs Lapao FC, Ebenezer FC vs. A.F.C United, Golden tars vs. Captive and New Generations Vs Valocians.


Speaking at the draws Dotun Coker, Chairman, Lagos Divisional Football Association (LDFA) having urged the participating teams to be more disciplined on and off the pitch informed that fixtures for matches would be released each week as he enjoined the clubs to take the match seriously in order to encourage the sponsor to doing more.


In his speech at the draws witnessed by Mr. Dan Ajibode, Agboola Pinheiro, Mr. Tade Azeez, Chairman, Lagos State Referees Council among other, the product manager, BOSKA, Mr. Hendri Rusman disclosed that the company will kit all teams in the quarter-final stage through to the finals.


He thus charged the participating teams to see the championship as an avenue to develop the round leather game and embrace peace while the championship lasted. Rusman also informed that the company is set to associate with the youth football in order to take it to higher level.
