Kevin Boateng is a Ghanaian decendant currently playing in the German U21 team. Boateng's mother is German and his father comes from Ghana.
Kevin Boateng started his career with the youth club Reinickendorfer Füchse. He currently plays for Hertha BSC Berlin. Kelvin played several times for the German U16 and U19 teams. He was offered to play on Ghana's team for the 2006 FIFA World Cup, but declined.
