Joseph believes that Frederick is a young talent that has to be pointed out because he believes he could develope into a great midfield player. Vision: Frederick Sarpong has a good vision and takes decision quickly before he receives balls.
Strength: Frederick is a strong player on the ball. Has got good start and stop. Charges well against opponents. Has the ability to win back balls in both areas, aerial and on the ground.
Speed & Agility: Can run fast with or without the ball. An excellent dribbler, very difficult to mark and dangerous to defenders in an open space situation.
Offensive tactics: A good distributor of balls to attackers and has the ability to give incisive and decisive passes. Likes one on one situations. Good aerial combater and shoots from long ranges for goals.
Attitude: Shows good team work in midfield and attack where he participates actively.
Dribbling Abilities: This is his gifted asset and can dribble well with both feet. Excellent dribbling skills combined with speed, powerful shoots and his ability to protect the ball well. It is a delight to watch on the ball.
